DELIVERIES
ORDER TRACKING
Deliveries are made by appointed carriers depending on the destination, and the product, or as specifically agreed with the purchaser. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, (excluding bank and national holidays). To allow for weekends, holidays, time differences, delivery distance, customs clearance etc., it is advisable for purchasers to place orders two working days or more before a chosen delivery date. We aim to despatch goods to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before, taking account the delivery time and whether any perishable items are included in the order.
In the event of non delivery within the UK due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the purchaser, or if the recipient specified by the customer refuses to accept the parcel, Clearwater reserves the right to make a charge of a minimum of 50% of the original order for re-directing or re-sending the order. In the event that the purchaser should cancel the order after despatch Clearwater reserves the right to refund up to 50% of the original order value.
WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
We are experienced in sending parcels all over the world, but because of local customs restrictions, you are advised to contact us before ordering hampers for delivery outside Western Europe or for Northern America.

Many countries have import restrictions on the type of product and we have defined the delivery regions around customs restrictions and our carriers' tariff regions. Please note the classification below of these countries is not therefore necessarily the same as the political status.
