Our business is largely e-commerce, which means that we’re ‘open’ to the world 24/7 and operating in a highly competitive space. This means that we all work very hard to develop our business, while meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers, but we always aim to maintain a work/life balance for our team which includes best in class rewards and social events to celebrate successes.
The hampers.com offices and warehouses are based in Milton Park, Oxfordshire. Many of our office team work flexibly between their homes and the buzz of our friendly HQ, where the environment is open and supportive.
Our entire team receives BUPA private healthcare, along with an extra day off for birthdays, and one ‘duvet day’ per year. We are proud of our bonus schemes, which ensure our staff are rewarded for excellence.
Each year, we host ‘HamperFest’ – our summer party, which brings our team and their partners together for food, drinks and live music.
