How do I join The Hampers Rewards Club?
It’s easy to get started, just follow this link. From there, you’ll be prompted to Log In or Join Now. Remember to use the email address associated with your orders to start collecting points!
Where can I see my joy points balance?
Your points are ready and waiting in your account. Just log in to hampers.com and click ‘The Hampers Rewards Club’ tab to view your balance, or follow this link and Log In from there.
When will my joy points appear?
Joy points from purchases are added to your account once your order has been confirmed.
How do I redeem my joy points?
Log in to your account and visit ‘The Hampers Rewards Club’ tab. When you’ve collected enough points, you’ll be able to convert them into rewards to use on your next order. Your rewards will be available to apply at the checkout. For every 1,000 joy points, you’ll receive a £10 voucher. Simple as that!
Will redeeming points affect my tier status?
Not at all. Once you’ve reached a tier, it’s yours to keep. Redeeming your points won’t bring you down a level.
What can I use my rewards on?
Your reward discounts can be used on anything across hampers.com that isn’t already discounted. Please note, they can’t be used alongside other discount codes unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions of the relevant promotion.
How long do my points last?
Your joy points are valid for 12 months from the day they’re earned. You can view the expiry date of your points by following this link and clicking on your Rewards History.
And how long do I have to use my rewards?
- Rewards earned by collecting joy points last 1 year from the date they’re issued.
- Rewards from our refer-a-friend scheme are valid for 90 days.
- Limited-time rewards (like free delivery promotions) are valid for the duration of that offer - just check the Terms and Conditions for the specific end date.
We’ll send you a reminder before anything expires, so you’ve got time to make the most of them.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
Sadly not. Points can only be earned on orders placed after joining The Hampers Rewards Club.
How does refer-a-friend work?
Once you’ve joined, you’ll get your own personal referral link to share with friends and family. If they use your link and place an order, they will receive a £10 discount and you will receive a £10 voucher as a thank you.
When do I receive my refer-a-friend rewards?
You’ll receive your reward once your friend’s order has been confirmed.
Will my joy points be refunded if I return my order?
Yes - if you return your order, any joy points you used or earned from it will be popped back into your account.
