Welcome to the Hampers Rewards Club, the loyalty programme of Clearwater Hampers Limited (Co. No. 06167203) whose registered office is at 36 Innovation Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 43RT and operated through hampers.com ("we", "us", or "our").

By joining and participating in the Hampers Rewards Club (the “Club"), you (the “Member”) agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (the “Terms”).

You will be deemed to have read, agreed and accepted all of these Terms, when signing up for a Hampers customer account or, by default, when using any Hampers services, including the Hampers Rewards Club.

Please read the following Club Terms carefully.

1. Participation

  1. The Club is open to UK and international individuals aged 18 or over and businesses.
  2. To join, you must provide a valid email address and agree to these Club Terms. Your personal, non-transferable Club membership will be associated with the email address used when placing an order at hampers.com, or the one used when joining the club.
  3. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date. We are not responsible for any loss of points or rewards caused by incorrect or out-of-date details.
  4. Each Member (whether an individual or a business) is permitted one Club account only. We reserve the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.
  5. Your membership, points, and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

2. Earning Points


Subject to Members being logged in to their Hampers Rewards Club account at the time of purchase:

  1. Bronze Members will earn ten (10) points for every £1 spent on every purchase at hampers.com. Silver Members will earn twelve point five (12.5) points for every £1 spent. Gold Members will earn fifteen (15) points for every £1 spent. This is subject to change during promotional periods.
  2. Subject to paragraph 2.3, points will be awarded when you pay for your hamper order, based on the value of the hamper (gross of VAT) you purchase. The thresholds for Bronze, Silver and Gold Members can be found here.
  3. Points will not be awarded for purchases of delivery charges, gift cards or vouchers or items that are refunded or returned, including the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
  4. Points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Unused points will expire automatically after this period.
  5. Points awarded at the time of the transaction or reward vouchers already issued may be removed or cancelled if we determine that the points were collected in breach of these Terms or were awarded in error.

3. Redeeming Rewards

  1. Points can be converted into reward vouchers at designated thresholds (1,000 points = £10 reward, 2,000 points = £20 reward, and 3,000 points = £30 reward). Reward vouchers will only be issued in £ sterling.
  2. Reward vouchers can only and exclusively be redeemed at checkout on hampers.com.
  3. Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes and hampers offered at a discount on hampers.com unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion.
  4. Points have no value until converted to reward vouchers. Reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Reward vouchers must be used in a single transaction; no change will be given.
  6. Reward vouchers have an expiry date. We will use reasonable endeavours to send a notification email near the expiry date. Expired reward vouchers cannot be reissued.
  7. If an order is returned or refunded, any points earned on that order will be deducted from your account.
  8. There is no limit to the number of times you can use the scheme and redeem your reward vouchers in a year, subject only to you having sufficient points in your account.

5. Account Termination

  1. We reserve the right to terminate your account (by email or postal notice taking effect immediately on delivery) if:
  • We believe there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Club, points or reward vouchers.
  • You have not earned or redeemed points for a period of 12 months.
  • You breach these Club Terms.

2. Upon account termination, all points and reward vouchers will be forfeited.

3. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team (email help@hampers.com , phone 01235 833732 or Live Chat is available during office hours via our website).


6. General, Modification & Termination of the Club

  1. The Club account, points and reward vouchers, in whatever form, remain our property.
  2. Each Club account is non-transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the registered Member.
  3. We may update, suspend, withdraw or terminate the Club, points, reward vouchers and accounts at any time without prior notice.
  4. Any changes to the Club or these Terms will be posted on our website hampers.com and become effective immediately.
  5. Continued participation in the Club after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Data Protection

  1. We will use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. If you opt-in to marketing, we will send you updates about products, offers, and your rewards.
  3. You can opt out of marketing at any time via your account settings, by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the footer of our emails, or by contacting our customer service team.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We accept no liability for any loss, damage or expenses arising from participation in the Hampers Rewards Club, but we do not limit or exclude our liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

  3. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Governing Law

  1. These Club Rules are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of   England and Wales.
  2. Please contact us if you have any questions or queries or a dispute. We will seek to resolve it by mediation, if necessary. If this is not possible, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
