Richard and the team at Godminster are based in Somerset and not only do they produce delicious cheese, they have been certified organic since 1999 and have a vision to be self-sufficient. Ingredients: Organic Cheddar Cheese* (95%) (MILK), Organic Chilli Paste* 5% (Chillies* (64%), Cider Vinegar*, Garlic Puree*, Dark Brown Sugar*, Birdseye Chillies* (4%), Sunflower Oil*, Cayenne Pepper* (6%), Sea Salt.) *Organically produced. Organic Chilli Paste produced in a premises where Gluten, Eggs, Peanuts, Soya, Treenuts, Mustard and Sulphites are used.
