Made by Tempus Charcuterie, a charcuterie company owned and run by two talented chefs, Tom Whitaker MasterChef finalist) and Dhruv Baker (MasterChef winner.) They make a range of exceptional British charcuterie at their custom-built site in Weybridge, where they butcher, ferment, cure and age all of their products.
