Since 2019, sustainability has been at the heart of our company's growth strategy. In a single year, we offset over 492 tonnes of CO2, planted over 500 trees and worked closely with three global sustainability projects, whilst also upholding our 100% Carbon Neutral status. With plans to pursue B Corp certification in 2025, we continue leading the way in sustainable gifting.
Beyond our environmental initiatives, we are also committed to supporting local communities. As an Accredited Real Living Wage employer, hampers.com ensures fair pay for all staff, including temporary workers, and provides private healthcare for permanent employees. The company also donates excess stock to Oxford Food Hub, partners with Oxfordshire Mind and sponsors our local Didcot Casual Girls Football Team.
