You can't get a better name than 'The Mouse House', can you? It is so wonderful.
When it comes to cheese and all things cheese-related, this company's name just utterly draws you in. However, their passion, flavours, and charitable values make this company so much more than just a cute name. Let us tell you more about what makes The Mouse House Cheese Company so special.
a dynamic sisterly combination

"We’re a female-led team that loves brainstorming together, supporting each other’s passions, and pushing boundaries in our sector."
The Mouse House Cheese Company is a family-run business founded in 2018 by Erika and Mollie, a mother-daughter team. Today, Mollie's sister Tilly also helps run the business alongside their step-sister Gemma. Working side by side with her sisters, Mollie told us:
"..it is a true privilege. When we unite, we spark ideas, drive efficiency, and grow in ways none of us could solo.
Our family bond makes every day unique, especially when “cheesy” dinner-table debates inevitably continue long after dessert. (Yes, sometimes we're told to “halt the cheese talk!”)
Together, we celebrate innovation, champion women in leadership, and embrace the fun-both in business and over dinner.
The business is based in Lincolnshire and all of their cheeses are crafted at Lymn Bank Farm in the county. As well as making great cheese, they have expanded the business to incorporate a site in Skegness. They also have a shop on the historic Steep Hill in Lincoln and a thriving online shop too. This is a UK-based business that is spreading its reach across the whole country.
The Mouse House Cheese Company also has charitable giving as part of their business model, with a special Charity Gift Box. Proceeds support both Macmillan Cancer Care and The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, both incredibly important organisations. In addition, they have their Just Jane mature cheddar. A product that is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for the restoration of a special Lancaster Bomber called ‘Jane’, that is happening just down the road from their farm. Do check it out. There is a lovely story and special memory being preserved as part of this.
from farm to fork to fame
"...we are committed to producing the best products and service for our customers."
The Mouse House Company have over 20 different flavours of cheeses. They take pride in producing all of them on the family farm in Lincolnshire. They smoke their own cheeses on-site too, preserving traditional methods and techniques.
The delightful cheddar truckles come sealed in an assortment of bright-coloured waxes. All of them are vegetarian and are freezable. This means they have an extremely long shelf life, and it really cuts down on food waste.
Many of the cheeses are award-winning and you really do get the chance to try some extraordinary flavours, including 'lemon cheesecake', 'orange & whisky', 'gin & tonic' and 'Italian Pizza'....to name just a few!
