The blue wax-coated Rockstar is Snowdonia's first ever vintage cave-aged Cheddar, matured in Welsh slate caverns in the heart of Snowdonia.
The Mouse House black wax-coated cheese is a smooth, creamy mature cheddar cheese with cracked black pepper and indulgent truffle flavours throughout. This is one of their most popular flavours and for a good reason!
British charcuterie
Alongside the cheese, there is a packet of something very special from Tempus Charcuterie, founded in Surrey by MasterChef's Dhruv Baker and Tom Whitaker. This Great Taste award-winning, black pepper flavoured salami is made using only the finest quality meat and ingredients, and cured using the French style of a saucisson sec. It is a truly magnificent nibble on its own or adds to a delicious hand baked cracker.
