We love to reflect on how we are serving our customers and how we can improve year on year. So, we decided to pull together some vital stats to put together our hampers.com 2023 wrapped.

In 2023, we are incredibly proud to report that we sent over 200,00 gifts.

We are so grateful to you for supporting our business and choosing us as your gift provider. We hope that each hamper brought joy and new taste experiences.

Our Trust Pilot rating of 'Excellent' reassures us that both the quality of our hampers, as well as our service remains high. However, we continue to work hard to ensure we offer a great range of products, work with as many independent UK suppliers as possible, and align with those that share our values of high quality, which reduce carbon use and look for sustainable ways of producing foods and drinks.

Whilst providing gorgeous hampers and ensuring you have plenty of gift ideas and solutions are important to us (...we love gifting so much!) ...we are also committed to providing environmentally responsible gifts.

We're always striving to do our very best for the planet. In 2022, we were incredibly proud to have been accredited with carbon-neutral status. We continue to ensure that our gifts are environmentally responsible and net carbon neutral.

In 2023, we reduced our carbon footprint by a further 25%, which included carbon reduction in both packaging and delivery options. Using our carbon offset partners, we have also had over 1580 trees planted.

Focussing on the environment is important but we also like to concentrate on making a difference a little closer to home too.

We have donated over 65 hampers to charity this year, for various causes.

We also continue to offer our Oxfordshire Hamper, for which we donate £5 to The Aspire Charity, following every purchase.

The Oxfordshire Hamper contains products from many independent businesses and enterprises that are local to us, and share our values. These partnerships are really important to us.

In addition, we have also continued to support The Oxford Food Hub by donating any of our products which are getting close to their best-before date or are being discontinued.

Whilst, we carefully monitor our stock and work hard to reduce waste at hampers.com directly, we are proud to have donated 24000kg of food to our local food bank.
