Crackers
You’ll find crackers from both Island Bakery and Miller's Toast.
The Island Bakery is a sustainable business where everything is made on the Isle of Mull in Scotland. Their onion and thyme cheese biscuits are really decadent and absolutely delicious.
Your special gift recipient of the Christmas Eve Nibbles hamper also has the choice of Miller's Toast crackers. These Cranberry & Raisin Toasts are slim and ultra-crispy fruity toasts packed with dried fruits, nuts and seeds. Baked by hand by Artisan Biscuits in Derbyshire using only top quality, natural ingredients.
Cheese
And then for the cheese connoisseurs, we have chosen, not one, but two truckles from the award-winning Snowdonia Cheese Company and family Lincolnshire business- Mouse House.
The blue wax-coated Rockstar is their first ever vintage cave-aged Cheddar, matured in Welsh slate caverns in the heart of Snowdonia. The Mouse House purple wax-coated cheese is a smooth, creamy cheddar with caramelised onion chutney running through it. This is one of their most popular flavours and for a good reason!
Charcuterie
“Duck rillette?”, we hear you ask. It’s a delicious rustic pate – made with hand-reared pork from a farm in Cornwall. Learn more about the Cornish Charcuterie, run by husband and wife team, Richard and Fionagh Harding.
We have also included Dorset Warmer Salami, from English charcuterie, and Capreolus Fine Foods (currently, the only charcuterie direct seller and producer in Borough Market). The salami is a truly magnificent nibble on its own or adds to a delicious hand baked cracker.

Wine
And if the crisps are ‘made for drink’, then it’s important to have the most delicious red wine to enjoy them with.
