Joe had a mission – to produce the best tasting popcorn in the world!
His love of popcorn began whilst taking regular trips to the USA, each time returning with flavoured popcorn gifts for family and friends. Then, Joe wondered if he could make his own…but even better.
Based in London, Joe & Seph’s is a family-run business that launched in 2010.
Their popcorn is made using a special technique – air-popping the corn – and a unique “flavour-sequencing” process to lock in flavours that flourish on the palate at different intervals.
Over the last 10 years, Joe has become a true gourmet popcorn chef and connoisseur, experimenting widely with an exciting range of flavours, including savoury ones made from real cheese, and has plans to develop more and more!

Unsurprisingly, Joe & Seph’s popcorn have won over 65 Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food. These are known as "the Oscars of the food world" and winning so many is evidence of the commitment to quality and the innovative techniques.

The specialist cooking method – air popping the extra large mushroom kernals – not only results in a better texture and taste, but is also healthier too. The flavour-sequencing literally means that flavours are released in a sequence.
